  • Print and complete a separate Cast Registration Form for each registrant
  • Enclose full tuition payment (checks payable to ACT)
  • Enclose signed Student/Parent Fact Sheet
  • Complete & enclose "Kate Blossom Scholarship Form" (if applicable)
  • Include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE for confirmation letter
  • Registrations in person on the opening date of registration will be accepted  prior to any mailed in registrations, per registration policy.

**An additional deposit of $20 for scripts is required from all cast members
(script deposit refunded at the end of the production if returned on time and in good condition)

**In an effort to keep tuition costs down, this year we will be doing a candy fundraiser. All children will be asked to participate and an additional $40 will be collected from each child at the time of registration. If the child sells all the candy they will earn the $40 back!


Tuition is to be paid in full upon registration, including script deposit and fundraiser.

REFUNDS GIVEN UP UNTIL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO AUDITION DATE. NO REFUNDS AFTER THAT TIME.
